Thank you for considering our return policy. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your Case within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping and handling fees.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at tousflag@gmail.com to request a return authorization.
- Pack the Case securely in the original packaging, if possible.
- Include a copy of the original invoice or a note with your name, address, and order number.
- Ship the package to Tousphone, Ali Iqbal Einzelunternehmen, Dielmannstr. 13, 63069 Offenbach
We recommend using a traceable and insured shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Once we receive your return, we will process it as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 5 business days for the credit to appear on your account.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that customized Cases cannot be returned.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
